Summer season is upon us and what could be more enjoyable than sitting back in a self made custom Adirondack Chair with wide arm rests for your drink and snacks?  In this class students will learn a method of producing this popular outdoor furniture using only a jig saw, sanders, or a router.  We will create a set of templates that will be used to saw and sand final shapes, routing is optional.  This will allow the participants in this class to use these templates to create as many exact copies of their chair as they like.

The chair will be constructed from Douglas Fir which is naturally weather and insect resistant.  All hardware will be stainless steel.  This chair should last a lifetime.
